Use the form below to create an account. Once you've created an account you will be able to post one or more programs. If you've already created an account you can log-in to the right.

Dos and Don'ts for Submission of Programs

  • Fundraisers are not allowable.
  • Programs for parents or community groups are not allowable.
  • Evening programs must connect to curriculum and may require back-up documentation from district administration.
  • Programs at locations other than on school grounds or at artist venues are not allowable.
  • AIE programs must have a clear cultural connection or they will be categorized under Exploratory Enrichment.
  • Programs listed in the Visual Arts category may require lesson plans/study materials if they do not clearly show an arts connection.
  • Only Arts in Ed programs can include Professional Development – not Exploratory Enrichment.
  • The cost of materials such as art supplies needed to present programs is allowable. Author programs can include the cost of books if all students are included.

In order to be accepted as Nassau BOCES artist/organization, all artists performing in the schools must have:

We reserve the right to edit any program description to meet the requirements of the Arts in Education and Exploratory Enrichment Program Standards.
Artists will receive email notification when all of the above have been successfully completed.

Vendor Payment
For tax purposes all artists must complete a federal W-9 form and submit it to Nassau BOCES. You may download the form from the IRS website

Fingerprinting
All artists presenting workshops and/or residencies are required to be fingerprinted. Fingerprinting for the New York State Education Department (NYSED) is now handled by MorphoTrust and its subsidiary, IdentoGo.
You can find NYSED's fingerprinting procedures on the NYSED fingerprint processing webpage.
A list of IdentoGo LiveScan sites can be found on the IdentoGo Website.
All applicants must complete the OSPRA form(s) below and email them to artsined@nasboces.org.

Vendor Application
All new artists, artist updating their e-mail address or artist looking to establish or update a direct deposit account are required to fill out a vendor application form.
