Christopher Agostino combines Visual and Language Arts in exciting storytelling performances for schools. In assemblies he paints the faces of audience volunteers live onstage to illustrate the stories as he tells them, captivating the student audience as they learn about world cultures and our shared humanity through these uniquely animated tales. School programs run 45-60 minutes and include 4-6 stories, with variable content for grades K-12, ranging from retellings of familiar tales as Aesop’s Fables, heroic tales such as Punia and the King of the Sharks, cultural tales like The Rainbow Bat from Mexico, and my uniquely animated original tales, such as The Tiger that Went to the House of the Sun, plus The Amazing Face Story and hands-on activity in which students create their own story.
