Program Description
|
| Our string quartet will bring live performance to the classroom with the goal of helping to create an interest in performance, varieties of music, and the history and culture of classical and acoustic music. We will perform both classical and well-known pop pieces for the students, as well as talk about the background and instrumentation of the pieces. We will talk about musical terms and the nuances of playing these instruments in a group, as well as technical aspects of string instruments that the students can look for throughout the performance. |
