Program Description
Students select meaningful cultural, religious or holiday symbols as inspiration to create culturally-Inspired textile/surface designs connected to their theme of choice on individual fabric panels.

Instructions on the use of textile paints/dyes and the application of surface design techniques will be given by textile artist, educator and designer of wearable art; Madona Cole-Lacy. This workshop can be tailored to the needs of teachers in a variety of subject areas.

Program cost includes materials for (1) classroom maximum 25 students. Call for MATERIAL pricing for larger groups.

90-minute Single Workshop - Fabric: $900
45-minute Single Workshop - Fabric: $450
