Program Description
The Student Peer Leadership Program is a dynamic and interactive program designed to empower students as role models, advocates, and allies within a school commUNITY. This program equips students with leadership skills and knowledge to promote respect, commUNITY and belonging for all so that every student feels valued and supported. Through interactive activities and training, students will learn to address challenges that arise within a school commUNITY and life, including bias, bullying, and social isolation. They will learn to serve as ambassadors of positive change, creating safe spaces for open dialogue, collaboration, and mutual respect. By participating in this selective program which can be designed as a 1-Day, 2-Day or 3-Day program based on the age of participants, students will develop leadership skills, emotional intelligence, and cultural awareness, while making a lasting impact on their peers and school environment. The student peer leadership program is not just about leading – it's about listening, learning, and lifting others to build a stronger, more united school community.
