Program Description
This workshop will focus on helping children “Discover the Leader” in themselves. Entirely interactive, through guided questions, children will identify characteristics of great leadership along with the benefits of being someone who can help inspire and motivate others to be good citizens and role models. The concepts of “intent” vs “impact” and “bystander” vs. “upstander” will be discussed. As a result, children will better understand the connection between demonstrating leadership and creating a positive CommUNITY for everyone. Finally, following this workshop, children will feel empowered and proud to be a leader among their classmates, within their school, and in the larger commUNITY.
