Program Description
This series of workshops will engage children in discussions and activities related to commUNITY building. The foundation of any highly successful school is a “climate of inclusion” where all people are respected, valued and feel a sense of belonging. Children will learn all about commUNITY and the role each of us plays in shaping an uplifting environment for one another. Children will learn the power of their words and actions helping us to create a school where all children can thrive educationally, socially and emotionally. These workshops will additionally serve as an introduction to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging with age appropriate activities and discussion.
