YOGA 4 All with Lorraine offers comprehensive Health & Wellness packages in Yoga & Mindfulness Meditation, & Sound Bath sessions. Lorraine Hayden, is a 300-hour Yoga Alliance certified Yoga Teacher, specializing in Kids Yoga, & Special Needs Yoga, and a NYS licensed educator of more than 20 years. With experience as a district-wide professional developer, Lorraine also offers workshops for Health & Wellness Programs that include Mindfulness Meditation and Yoga for families & staff. Lorraine has offered services to school districts across Long Island, such as Sachem, Center Moriches, Mount Sinai, Commack, & Rocky Point, Southold, Mattituck and Oysterponds, as well as, classes in private special education centers at Suffolk YJCC, Developmental Disabilities Institute, and local Yoga studios. Typically, classes are held during physical education schedule for either 3-day wellness programs or weeklong residency, However, programs are tailored to fit your needs. All classes address Health & Wellness goals & objectives as outlined in NYS-Common Core for physical, mental, & social/emotional growth for grades K-12 and are appropriate for all learners inclusive of students with special needs. To address the needs of students with disabilities, Lorraine offers a unique & specialized Yoga/Meditation program that differentiates instruction to meet each student's needs. All classes provide students with tools to manage stress, reduce anxiety, increase focus, & improve attention for learning, while also increasing physical flexibility, & stamina, and offer skills to improve social/emotional growth and development. Pricing for programs are by period sessions: $150=40 min.period (over 40 students may require 2nd Instructor at additional $150 per class period. Superintendent Conference Performances, or Professional Development Programs are: $275-per.hr. (3hr. min.)
