Program Description
Nationally acclaimed storyteller/author, Heather Forest, brings folktales to life! Her imaginative storytelling workshop explores the magic of words, colorful characters, and engaging plots. Utilizing the armature of a folktale as creative raw material, students develop personalized retellings adding their own description and detail. Connections between listening, speaking and writing are explored.
