Program Description
This fun and educational 10-minute video is a great kick-off for inspiring students to be their own puppeteers and make their own puppet shows. They will learn how to make the puppets appear life-like and how to use colorful props and backgrounds to hold the interest of their audiences. Students will love the special effects created by the use of green screen technology and Janice will show them how they can simulate this at home through Zoom and other computer programs. This short video works wonderfully when combined with Janice’s totally virtual 30-minute show “Community & Me – Pitch In!” for they will observe how the techniques result in a finished production. Either or both of these videos can be borrowed for a period of time, and/or with the option of having Janice host them, and followed by questions and answers. Visit www.JaniceBuckner.com for details. Workshops/residencies available.
