This workshop will focus on helping children “Discover the Leader” in themselves. Entirely interactive, this workshop highlights the characteristics of great leadership, and it helps children to realize how they can be a leader in a classroom and school community. Both “intent” vs “impact” and “bystander” vs. “upstander” will be discussed. Following this important discussion, children will better understand the connection between leadership and CommUNITY and how they may contribute to a positive environment for everyone.
