Program Description
Crayola Imagine Arts Academy presents "art with a purpose".

SUMMARY:
Are you ready to explore the mythical creature Phoenix through your own artistic creations? The Phoenix is a magical bird that is said to be able to rise from its own ashes! We will let our creativity soar while exploring colors and painting techniques. Children will create a vibrant canvas to represent this legendary bird.

EDUCATIONAL VALUE:
In this class, children will learn the history of the Phoenix legend, and explore the significance of the Phoenix in various cultures. Then, they will create Phoenix paintings on canvas boards, fostering artistic expression and fine motor development. While painting, children are also encouraged to analyze the universal themes of renewal and resilience embodied by the Phoenix.
