Program Description
Crayola Imagine Arts Academy presents "art with a purpose".

SUMMARY:
Have you ever heard the tales of the legendary Kun Peng, the mystical bird-fish capable of remarkable transformations and soaring across vast distances? In this class, kids will use crayon-resist watercolor techniques to draw the Kun Peng soaring in the sky!

EDUCATIONAL VALUE:
This class offers a unique blend of artistic expression and cultural exploration. Kids will engage with mythical folklore as they learn about the Kun Peng's significance in traditional Chinese culture and explore possible origins of its legends. Through the hands-on application of crayon-resist watercolor techniques, they'll enhance their fine motor skills, creativity, and understanding of color blending.
