Program Description
Crayola Imagine Arts Academy presents "art with a purpose".

SUMMARY:
Journey back in time to uncover the enchanting realm of ancient Persian mythology and the mysterious Manticore! In this class, kids immerse themselves in captivating tales surrounding this mythical creature. Then, they will craft their own Manticore relief sculpture using Crayola Model Magic clay and craft foam.

EDUCATIONAL VALUE:
In this class, kids will explore ancient Persian mythology, gaining insights into cultural narratives. They will practice sculpting techniques while crafting different animal body parts to form the Manticore—a creature with a lion’s body, a human head, and the tail of a scorpion or dragon. Finally, they will create grassy hiding spots for their Manticores, bringing traditional tales to life through artistic expression.
