Program Description
Crayola Imagine Arts Academy presents "art with a purpose".

SUMMARY:
Get ready for an adventure in art while learning about Grootslang, a legendary creature that is part elephant and part snake and is said to be one of the most powerful in the world! In this class, kids will learn how to mold, shape, and sculpt Model Magic to create a unique Grootslang sculpture.

EDUCATIONAL VALUE:
Children will learn about the stories surrounding Grootslang, a mythical South African creature. They will also discuss the possible origins of this legend. Inspired by stories and artwork of the Grootslang, they will create their own Grootslang sculpture using Model Magic, and then bring them to life with color!
