Utilizing massive amounts of audience participation, this multi-media spectacular features virtual characters, dance, interactive game shows and a generous helping of FUN! A completely-unique school assembly which focuses on a problem facing millions of elementary school kids – Bullying. Using humor and participation students will be entertained and engaged while learning how to recognize bullying and more importantly how to deal with it. The following essential learning modules are introduced:
•IDENTIFY THE PLAYERS - Students will learn the components of a bullying situation and clearly recognize those involved.
•WHAT IS BULLYING? - -Differences between direct and indirect bullying -Difference between teasing and bullying.
• STRATEGIES FOR DEALING WITH BULLYING -Standing Up for Yourself by Being Assertive -Avoiding Bullies -Telling Adults and/or teachers -Difference between “Telling” and “Tattling”
•GOALS OF THIS PROGRAM -TO reduce existing bullying problems among students, -TO prevent the development of new bullying problems, -TO achieve better peer relations at school. -TO open an new standard of communication between student, parents and faculty/administration
