Bring Kira to your school for a once-in-a-lifetime virtual author visit! Kira will read and demonstrate easy, entertaining mindfulness activities from her books Breathe Like a Bear, Peaceful Like a Panda, and Mindfulness Moments for Kids, all of which are meant to help children calm down, concentrate their energy, and release tension. She’ll also conduct easy, yoga-based movement, fun and kid-friendly rhythm activities, and perform some original songs from her five award-winning children’s albums on her guitar!
