Diversity Circus uses audience participation, comedy, kooky characters, costumes, magical illusions, and non-stop hysterical action to engage students in a welcoming and affirming environment. A lion, a mouse, and a giant chicken teach the lessons led by Smudgy the Clown and the ringmaster sidekick. Students identify with Smudgy as comic relief during this four-act circus.
