Program Description
Mission Be offers a full day Mindfulness Peer Leadership Training to help students cultivate their own personal practice and teach practices to their peers.

The mindfulness practices are designed to improve student learning and school climate. Students will be given opportunities to work in small groups to practice teaching mindful breathing and guided visualization to one another. They will also engage in mindful listening and sharing activities, yoga, mindfulness, and the day will end with fun games and activities.

Upon completing the program, the students will receive a certificate and are encouraged to share the mindful practices they learned with their teammates, club members, classmates, siblings/relatives, and others. They are also encouraged to embody mindful listening and practice mindfulness to model positive behavior, kindness, and compassion towards others.

Mindful Leadership Training can be offered in-person and virtually.
