All at Wilson would highly recommend that you have Marion Lazan come for a visit to your school. The students will get to hear her story as a Holocaust survivor firsthand. Marion Lazans story of survival and her message of strength and resilience is one that can be applied to the everyday life of all students. As students and teachers listen to her story of hope and perseverance, it is so silent , you could hear a pin drop. The students are continuously engaged throughout her story and discussion of hope and survival. Once she is through Marion engages with the children on a personal level with a question and answer session. Marion would stay all day and answer questions from the students if all had the time. The students and staff at Wilson look forward to her visit every year!! Marion always provides material ahead of time such as vocabulary words for the 5th grade teachers to go over with the class ahead of time.
