Per Assistant Principal - Dan Salerno of Searingtown - We were thrilled to have the Prismatic Light Show visit Searingtown and provide our students with a laser show tribute to Black History. The event was a captivating journey through time, showcasing the stories of Black pioneers who fought for the freedoms and opportunities we enjoy today. Through stunning visuals, music, and powerful sound bytes, students learned about influential figures from the 1930s to the present day. The show was both informative and magical, bringing history to life in a way that engaged and entertained everyone in the room.
Students were introduced to many important names and events they may not have known, deepening their understanding of the ongoing struggle for equality. The combination of lasers, music, and history created a dynamic experience that kept students captivated from beginning to end. It was a perfect blend of education and entertainment that left students inspired and more aware of the impact of Black pioneers. We are grateful to the Prismatic Light Show for such a memorable and enriching experience
