From Dan Salerno Assistant Principal - Our Scotties were treated to a bedazzling and enchanting science program about bubbles. With a little bit of help from ordinary household products such as soap, water, and glycerin, our students were provided with the opportunity to understand elasticity, surface tension, chemistry, light, and geometry. Scotties engaged in the bubble formation process through observation, experimentation, investigation, discovery, and fun. Casey Carle, bubble-ologist, created bubble art such as spaceships, crystal balls, bubble chains, and the infamous, yet rather perplexing square bubble. To conclude a few Scotties were placed inside a colossal bubble!
